Could You Teach First Aid at Work?
FTS Solutions Ltd. have the following vacancies for suitably qualified persons to join our team:
- Health & Safety Executive accredited.
- Self employed trainers and assessors to work on a sessional basis in Central Scotland and throughout the United Kingdom.
Applicants should possess the necessary HSE-approved qualifications to teach First Aid at Work, Moving & Handling and Food Hygiene:
- A current F.A.W. certificate, or if exempted, a current United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing (UKCC) registration certificate or proof of membership of the General Medical Council (GMC).
- A certificate showing a training qualification. HSE will also consider relevant experience detail in the Curriculum Vitae/Portfolio.
- A Curriculum Vitae or similar document detailing general skills, experience etc. of training which has been applied to teaching and first aid in the workplace over the previous three years. During that period, suitable candidates have conducted a minimum of two practical and two theoretical teaching sessions where they have been assessed by a qualified assessor.
- Additionally suitable applicants must be able to identify with the high standards of training delivery expected by FTS Solutions Ltd. and our client base.
- If you have a clear understanding and knowledge of the areas listed above, have the ability to present these skills in a logical and professional manner and can adapt to meet the needs of a variety of clients, we would be delighted to hear from you.
